A Look at New Home Construction in Peachtree Corners

New construction in the city is limited because there is so little undeveloped land available.

This is a quick review of new home construction in the City of Peachtree Corners.

Builders have very little opportunity to construct new homes because of the lack of undeveloped land left in the area.  Land costs are high in the city which dictates that a builder will have to build higher end properties.

The new homes in Peachtree Corners, for the most part, have or will have a price point starting at no lower than $600,000 and depending on the neighborhood will go up to over a million. 

Tillman Hall in Peachtree Corners is a Peachtree Residential community. It is a gated community located off West Jones Bridge Road.  The homes start in the low $600,000’s and depending on the plan and the upgrades, a buyer can choose to go up from there.  There are several lots and plans to select from.

Another gated community in Peachtree Corners is The Reserve at East Jones Bridge Road. The homes in this community start at low $600,000. This is a neighborhood that was developed just before the market began the real estate market decline and the original homes sold in the high $800,000’s going up to well over $1 million.

Peachland Properties is currently building three homes. One is ready for the buyer to move in and is listed at $650,000. This home has the very desirable master on the main. This  cottage style home has beautiful curb appeal and is over 4,000 square feet.  There are also two lots left for buyers to build their dream home on.

Jim Hogan, Jr. the son of a builder that many in Peachtree Corners are familiar with, is building a home in The Reserve at East Jones Bridge. This home is listed at $739,900. Jim built many of the homes in Amberfield and Linfield. There is one other home under construction. It is a contract to build.

For a buyer looking for new construction in Peachtree Corners these are some of the new homes available. Check back, there are a few other communities such as Peachtree Reserve, off of Bush Road that I will write about over the next few weeks.
