Thieves Hit Victoria Secret Again

The trendy store, located at The Forum in Peachtree Corners, was targeted for the second time in a month.

The Forum's Victoria Secret was hit again recently by shoplifters who reportedly made off with nearly $900.00 worth of merchandise.

Around 2 p.m. on Labor Day, the store manager called Gwinnett police after she spotted two young women grabbing merchandise off hangers, shoving the items into a large bag and then making their escape in a small black car.

The store manager, Angelica Butler, told police she saw two black females near the front of the store, one carrying a large bag.  She was busy with other customers when she saw one of the women take the merchandise.

The manager told police "the girls then ran out of the store and got into what appeared to be a black Chevy Equinox."

Merchandise stolen included Bling hoodies and pants, Boyfriend pants and hoodies and other items.

This is the second time the trendy store has reported shoplifters made off with merchandise. Early last month, a young man and woman made off with about $500 worth of goods.
